Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Who we are

Majestic Property Solutions LTD ("we", "us" or "our") operates this website and is the controller of the personal information described below. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC231700.

For privacy questions or rights requests, contact us through the website enquiry form.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an investor enquiry, we collect your name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, the nature of your enquiry and other information included in your message. Making an enquiry is optional. Your name, email address and enquiry are needed to process the form and reply; providing a phone number is optional.

We also process technical information, including IP addresses and browser request details, to operate and protect the website. The enquiry form uses coded security records derived from your IP address and enquiry details to limit repeated submissions and detect duplicates. These controls operate over ten-minute windows. Hosting security logs and enquiry correspondence may be retained separately, as described below.

Please do not submit identity documents, bank details, special-category information or unnecessary confidential material through the enquiry form.

3. Why we use information

We use personal information to receive and respond to enquiries, understand stated investor requirements, take requested steps before a possible contract, maintain appropriate correspondence, secure and troubleshoot the website, and meet legal or regulatory duties.

Depending on the context, our lawful basis is:

  • Legitimate interests in managing genuine enquiries, keeping appropriate business records and protecting the website against spam, misuse and security threats;
  • Steps before a contract where you ask us to take specific action with a view to receiving services; or
  • Legal obligation where the law requires particular processing.

We do not use enquiry information for automated decision-making or profiling. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

4. Sharing and service providers

We share information only where reasonably necessary with website hosting, maintenance, security and email-delivery providers acting for us; professional advisers; or regulators, courts and public authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law. The website uses WordPress and is hosted through 20i. Enquiries are sent to our business inbox through the website email function. We do not sell personal information.

Some images may be delivered from Pexels or Unsplash servers. When a browser requests external media, the provider may receive technical request data such as an IP address, browser details and the requested page. Their own privacy information applies to that processing.

5. International handling

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK law treats this as a restricted transfer, we will use a mechanism appropriate to the circumstances, such as UK adequacy regulations, approved contractual safeguards or a permitted exception. You may ask for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

6. Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary. We consider whether an enquiry remains active, whether services are requested or supplied, relevant legal, regulatory and accounting duties, and applicable legal-claim periods. We then delete or anonymise information where reasonably practicable.

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted website connections, data minimisation and short-lived anti-abuse controls. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, request erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive certain information in a portable form, or withdraw consent where consent applies. These rights are not absolute and legal conditions may apply. We may verify your identity before acting.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our website, services or obligations change. The latest version will appear here with an updated date. See also our Cookie Policy.
